We require a minimum order of twelve (12) pieces on orders. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders.
Oversize charges apply as follows:

– Sizes 50″ – 52″ (2XL) add 10%
– Sizes 54″ – 56″ (3XL) add 20%
– Size 58″ add 25%
– Size 60″ add 40%
– Size 62″ add 85%

A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders with the balance due upon delivery.
In-stock merchandise can often be picked up almost immediately, while custom orders that include embroidery or silkscreening typically take 2 to 4 weeks.

Imprinting (Embroidery, Silk Screening, Transfer, Pass, Deboss, Laser)

Yes, we can digitize your logo for embroidery at whatever size you require. Digitizing fees are based on the complexity and size of the design.
There are set-up fees on each order and is dependent on the number of colours being printed. Minimums apply.
We require all artwork to be in vector format (.ai or .eps). If you do not have vector format, we will accept a TIFF, PDF or JPEG file at 300 dpi.

Please double check all spelling, text, and print locations before submitting artwork.

Payment

Terms of payment for all orders is net 30 days after the statement date. Interest will incur at a rate of two-percent (2%) per month on accounts overdue.
We accept personal cheques (accompanied by proper id), money orders, email e-transfer or cash. We do not accept credit cards or Interac at this time.

Shipping & Returns

Freight charges are F.O.B. Richmond, BC. Delivery is via Tiger Courier unless otherwise specified (you may also request that your order be made available for pick up).
Yes, we ship and service businesses across Canada, the United States and overseas.
In order to process any return, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued via phone (604) 270-9298. Returned or refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus freight and must be made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the merchandise.

Any used, altered or custom merchandise or embroidered garments are not eligible for return.
